Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Sarah built Green Valley Therapy based on the belief that everyone deserves support in the challenges that we face as humans. Over the 10+ years that Sarah has been a mental health therapist, she has worked with children, teens, adults, and couples to support healing, growth, and belonging. Sarah would describe therapy as the process of bringing attention to why we do what we do. If we decide we want to change it, therapy walks us through what we need to make that change & heal ourselves. That can be skills, supports, reframes, boundaries, etc. It’s a process of finding what fits for each person. Sarah’s role is as a guide along the path to a healthier you.

Sarah is not currently accepting new clients.
